This provision does not require a consumer to compensate us for losses caused by:

These Terms and contracts entered into with HC Falkenberg Art are governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the customer's country of residence.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable national or European Union consumer law.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using any court, complaint mechanism or alternative dispute procedure available under applicable law.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time because of:

• Changes to our products;

• Changes to payment or delivery processes;

• Changes to Shopify or other service providers;

• Security requirements; or

• Changes to our business operations.

The latest version will be published through our online store.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an existing purchase contract where doing so would be prohibited by law.
